FSCB-Cryoviva always places customer rights and peace of mind first. With a strong protection policy, we commit to compensating up to five times the contract value if stored stem cell samples are:

  • Damaged during processing, storage, or preservation

  • Lost due to technical or operational errors

  • Not meeting quality standards for storage and clinical use

100% REFUND POLICY

FSCB-Cryoviva guarantees a 100% refund of the contract value if qualified stem cell samples cannot be collected after service registration.

This means that if, for any professional or technical reasons, or in force majeure situations such as emergency medical procedures indicated by physicians, the baby’s cord blood or cord tissue samples cannot be collected or do not meet the required standards for processing and storage, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made under the contract.

This refund policy ensures that customers only pay when samples are successfully stored, providing fairness, transparency, and complete peace of mind for parents choosing FSCB-Cryoviva for their child’s stem cell banking.
